Swedish Esalen: A relaxing and nurturing modality that uses light to medium pressure. Aids in stress relief, muscle relaxation, increased circulation and calms nerves.
Acupressure: Applied direct pressure to specific points. It is similiar to acupunture but no needles. Great for tension headaches and computer strain.
Lymphatic Drainage: A gentle technique designed to flush out the lymphatic system. It helps to restore functioning of the immune system and increases the flow of lymph fluid. This is helpful with CFS, Fibromyalgia, Edema, Lymph node removal and detoxification.
Neuromuscular: Myofascial trigger point work. Works well for painful spasmatic muscles.
Prenatal: Special version of the Blended massage designed for the expectant mother with a normal pregnancy. A relaxing, comforting and soothing session which helps improve circulation, physiological functioning and reduce musculosketetal strain.
Deep Tissue: Uses more pressure to access deeper into the muscles. Specific muscles are isolated working the muscle attachment/fascia.
Trigger Point Therapy: Use of deep, sustained point pressure to release trigger points, which are tender areas that may radiate pain to other areas.
